Information you provide directly: Next Karaoke does not require account registration, so we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or similar personal details unless you contact us by email.
Automatically collected data: When you visit the site, our servers and analytics tools may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, access time, and click behavior. We use this data to analyze and improve the service.

2. Music File and SoundFont Processing

This is the most important part of Next Karaoke: uploaded files such as MIDI, NCN, and SF2 are processed on your own device. They are handled by your browser memory and CPU and stored only in IndexedDB inside the browser.

Security statement: We do not run code that sends your music files back to our servers. Your music data remains under your control.

3. Cookies and Advertising

The site uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device to help the site work properly, remember preferences, and support relevant advertising.

Third-party vendors: Google and other partners may use cookies to serve ads and measure performance across this site and others you have visited.
Personalized ads: Google cookies may be used to show ads that better match your interests.

4. Smart Remote

Smart Remote uses WebRTC peer-to-peer communication and a WebSocket signaling server. Remote commands such as skipping a track or adding to the queue are sent transiently and are not stored in a database. Passwords and session IDs are intended to expire when the page is closed.

5. Your Rights

Under PDPA, you have the right to access or request deletion of data about you that is stored on our servers. In practice, we do not keep personal data that can identify you directly. If you want to clear cached files or locally stored music data, you can do so through your browser's clear browsing data tools.
