By accessing and using Next Karaoke, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, stop using the site immediately.

1. Nature of Service

Next Karaoke is a web-based media player and synthesizer engine that runs in the user's browser. We provide technical tools so your device can decode and play files such as MID, NCN, and SF2 when you choose to load them.

The service is not a music library, a streaming service, or a source for downloading copyrighted files.

2. Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and follow applicable copyright law, including the DMCA. Our position is simple:

  • We are not a content provider: We do not own, host, stream, store, or distribute copyrighted songs, lyrics, or music files on our servers.
  • Offline and local processing: Files shown in the player come directly from the user's own device. Our servers do not host those files or upload them to our cloud.
  • User responsibility: Users are responsible for the legality and copyright status of any files they load into the application.
  • Copyright complaints: Because we do not host content, we cannot remove files from your computer. If a feature appears to encourage infringement directly, contact us by email.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to do any of the following while using the site:

  • Use the platform for commercial karaoke operations, paid services, or profit-making without permission from us and the relevant rights holders.
  • Reverse engineer, modify, tamper with, or hack the Next Karaoke web application.
  • Use the platform to spread viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service uses Web Audio API, WebAssembly, and WebRTC. Actual performance may vary depending on your device, network speed, and browser. You may see latency, audio glitches, or other differences from one setup to another.

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully meet every specific need.

5. Third-Party Links

Our service may include links to third-party sites or services, such as Google AdSense. We do not own or control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Any damage or loss that comes from using a third party site is your responsibility.
